Online Return Policy
How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Please contact us at info@giuseppacollection.com and we will send you a prepaid postage label to print out. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. GIUSEPPA COLLECTION reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 30% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.
Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Your invoice comes with a pre-paid FEDEX ground shipping label attached for your convenience. Use of this return label will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, If you decide not to use the provided shipping label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.
How do I get refunded if I paid with a gift code?
Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
How and where do I send my return?
Online orders may only be returned via postal mail. Please contact us at info@giuseppacollection.com and we will send you a prepaid postage label to print out. If you choose to use your own shipping provider, returns should be sent along with your return form to the address below:

If you use the provided label, a return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please drop off your package with the return shipping label affixed to your nearest FEDEX drop off location.
Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
Giuseppa Collection does not currently accept exchanges online. Please visit us in-store if you would like to make an exchange within the 14 day return window.
Can I return “Final Sale” items?
Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale” or that is on clearance may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Earrings, jewelry, cosmetics, swimwear, tights, gift certificates and event tickets are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.
How many returns can I make in a year?
Customers are limited to 6 returns in a calendar year
