It all started back in 1990 when we opened our first store under our parent brand “Dom itp” in Chicago, IL and began importing products from Europe. Throughout the years we evolved to add women’s fashion from Europe. Women went wild over our carefully curated threads, so fashionable yet affordable — allowing you to feel your best.

Your invoice comes with a pre-paid FEDEX ground shipping label attached for your convenience. Use of this return label will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, If you decide not to use the provided shipping label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

Online orders pay only be returned via postal mail. Returns should be sent along with your return form to the address below:

If you use the provided label, a return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please drop off your package with the return shipping label affixed to your nearest FEDEX drop off location.

Giuseppa Collection does not currently accept exchanges online. Please visit us in-store if you would like to make an exchange within the 21 day return window.

Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale” may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Earrings, jewelry, cosmetics, swimwear, tights, gift certificates and event tickets are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.
